A den\u00fancia teve origem no flagrante ocorrido no gabinete do deputado estadual Alexandre Knoploch (PL), alvo da tentativa.<\/p>\nSegundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o homem, identificado como J\u00falio C\u00e9sar de Oliveira Silva Rodrigues, se apresentou como produtor do Fant\u00e1stico e exigiu R$ 10 mil para supostamente impedir a veicula\u00e7\u00e3o de uma reportagem contra o parlamentar no programa da TV Globo. Ele foi detido em flagrante no dia 30 de setembro.<\/p>\n
O caso foi registrado na 5\u00aa DP (Gomes Freire), e o acusado segue preso em regime fechado no Rio de Janeiro.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
